New partnership combines the power of the Yext platform, with Code and Theory’s innovative digital marketing expertise and services

Today, Code and Theory announces a partnership with Yext to help brands create and publish content more consistently and quickly across digital channels. As a Yext partner, the leading technology-first creative agency will leverage Yext’s AI-powered solutions to optimise brands’ online presence and engage with consumers wherever they are, all through a single platform.

Brands lose millions of dollars on inconsistent and inaccurate costs associated with poor digital experiences. Too often a consumer’s disjointed digital experience causes lost sales, cart abandonment or shopper hesitation. Yext’s platform was built to take the entirety of a brand’s messaging and structure it in a content model that governs and adapts across customers’ digital touchpoints to ensure accuracy and consistency on both owned and third-party channels.

The combined power of Code and Theory’s content expertise with Yext’s platform will offer clients more ease and control in managing their online presence and enable them to more effectively deliver information to audiences across all digital channels at the local level. Beyond just content management services, Yext’s headless architecture provides best-in-class site search, search engine optimisation, AI-enabled content creation, AI chat and data services and centralised management of listings, reviews and content across a wide array of third-party apps, search, sites, voice assistants and other digital touchpoints. These services can be easily combined with a brand’s existing customer data platforms, and other data sources, to deliver more personalised experiences to customers.

Code and Theory will be leveraging Yext’s platform with one luxury retailer to modernise the management of their global footprint of stores. Using Yext technology, this will allow customers to search in-store inventory in real time and converse with store salespeople. This new premium experience bolsters the brand’s luxury heritage, as well as gives customers a more integrated shopping experience. At the same time, it minimises the disappointment a shopper feels when they can’t locate its one-of-a-kind products. Another use case is the creation of a next-level, personalised AI chat-based financial advisor. This application of the Yext software is a first-of-its-kind deployment that will leverage the new AI-conversational chat tool to give its customers.

Having launched more than 200 websites for companies from Bloomberg to Vogue to the LA Times, Code and Theory has a strong heritage of being the go-to agency to implement content/publishing digital experiences.

David DiCamillo, chief technology officer at Code and Theory says, “Through this partnership, we are doubling down on our tech capabilities. Yext has amassed a very sophisticated and integrated solution that will keep our clients ahead of the technical curve. Its use of generative AI across its platform delivers impactful results quickly and helps our clients anticipate what users will expect from them. We believe in the power of this product and view Yext as a premier partner to have.”

“Yext’s adaptability and compatibility have enabled us to become a powerful one-stop-shop for marketing teams,” said Yvette Martinez-Rea, executive vice president corporate development and operations at Yext. “Partnering with a technically savvy creative leader like Code and Theory helps businesses to create engaging content that their customers are asking for and deliver it to them wherever they are asking for it. That dynamic combination allows us to bring real business impact.”

This partnership strengthens Code and Theory’s ability to provide true digital transformation solutions for clients. Earlier this year, Code and Theory announced its partnership with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to be at the forefront of AI-powered innovation and provide new GenerativeAI capabilities for their clients at scale. It also recently announced a strategic partnership with Figma to provide enhanced digital capabilities for clients.
