Clear M&C Saatchi Singapore Invests in Growth by Widening Talent Pool

Clear M&C Saatchi ('Clear'), a global growth consultancy specialising in brand, experience, and innovation, is investing in their long-term success in Singapore by bringing in both local and overseas talent. 

Clear Singapore’s managing director, Samy Mardolker, has been steadily building his team at a time when many agencies are choosing to exit this market. The decision to make a significant investment in talent at home and away reflects a strong commitment to serve an increasingly global and diverse client base across the region. 

Clear Singapore is delighted to announce the internal relocation of Meghan Dougherty from the US and the appointment of Asia-based Ferdie Jorge as managing director, Philippines, effective immediately. 

Meghan has been an integral part of the US team since 2014, when she started at Clear New York. She joins Clear Singapore as strategy director following a record-breaking growth year for the US. Meghan will focus on driving brand consulting work and expanding Clear’s footprint in Asia. She brings a tremendous amount of client experience and business acumen to the role. She is an MBA graduate and in her time at Clear she has led pivotal projects for key Fortune 500 clients around the world, including across Asia. 

Ferdie is a seasoned insights professional with 25 years of experience helping brands grow, innovate and solidify purpose and positioning across Southeast Asia. He has partnered with the world’s top brands as a qualitative practitioner, client partner and digital research leader. Prior to Clear, he worked at leading market research agencies including Ipsos and Kantar Millward Brown.
