Chrome Showcases Standard Chartered's Rich Cultural Identities in New Collaboration

Chrome is excited to share its most recent virtual production, Connectors, another production that underscores the longstanding relationship we have with our wonderful client Standard Chartered and celebrates our commitment to exploring sustainable production.

In this latest project, Standard Chartered asked Chrome to showcase the Bank's rich cultural identities, wide global presence, and the key sectors in which they operate. Our solution was to connect each of their 11 local markets & sectors into one global walk spanning the banking world. We featured over 100 cast in 11 global locations across four continents, all from a single virtual production studio in London.

From China to Europe, Singapore to the UAE, our sets were created using a mix of real-world cinematography and unreal-engine computer-generated backgrounds. This technology allowed us to produce over 100 video and photography assets in five languages and deliver a vast range of global, regional, and country-specific assets in the most cost effective and sustainable way.

To make this colossal shoot possible, we engaged our friends at Dream Beach Media to shoot high resolution plate shots around the globe, and virtual production partners Quite Brilliant to carefully pull everything together, ready for a six-day shoot in the cutting-edge Mars virtual production studio in London.
