Award-wining commercial music house Nylon Studios, home to a team of uniquely talented composers and sound designers providing music and audio services in New York City and Sydney, is proud to announce New York native Christina Tortorelli as the new executive producer of the New York office.
Tortorelli joins Nylon Studios after spending seven years at boutique music house tonefarmer, where she advanced to executive producer after four years with the company. Her portfolio includes work for brands such as Nike, Stella Artois, Google, Old Spice and Verizon.
The executive producer is also entering her fourth year as events director of FAB, New York's most dynamic social network of women in advertising and film. With membership nearing 1,000 professionals within NYC's creative industries, Tortorelli plans all major events and provides a platform for members to network and exchange ideas.
"I'm thrilled to take on the role of EP of North America at Nylon Studios," said Tortorelli. "I look forward to devoting my creative energy here in my hometown of NYC while also broadening my professional experience on a global level in Sydney, Australia. Nylon's body of work is tremendous and I'm elated to join this award winning, talented family of innovators."
Nylon Studios founding partner Mark Beckhaus said he is excited to have Tortorelli join the team. "She has the talent and ability to not only further develop our US presence, but also to help continue to expand Nylon's global profile,” he said.
Working throughout North America, Australia and Asia, Nylon Studios has produced music and soundtracks on campaigns for brands such as Nike, Boags, ING, Hahn, Sony, Target, JC Penney, Axe, Ford, Toyota, Lexus and Honda.
