Casumo's 'Play Absurd' Inspires Us to 'Unite Through Play'

Created and produced by creative agency Kitty, the spot aims to bring people together with its unique quirky storytelling

Casumo are rolling out their first ever UK creative campaign in a bid to establish themselves as an entertainment brand.

The gamification focused casino company not only aims to transform its brand perception, but also to encourage the audience to ‘Unite through Play’.

The campaign, conceptualised and produced by creative agency Kitty, is currently releasing video content, which feature various comedians and online personalities, such as Anto Sharp, Gina Yashere and Justin Moorhouse with more to follow. The campaign uncovers absurd competitive UK sports, such as bog snorkelling, egg throwing and gurning; as Casumo travels across the country to encourage its audience to ‘Play Absurd’.

Gary Devlin, Creative Director, Kitty, explains: “The creative is powered with the objective of bringing people together through an earnest and authentic passion for these seemingly little known, but cherished, national sports. Coupled with strong comedic personalities it’s the perfect blend of quirkiness and unique storytelling.”
