Caroline Gilmour joins Feed to lead the agency's eCRM strategy division. Caroline joins Feed from loyalty agency ICLP where she was Global Communications Strategist. She was responsible for creating CRM and marketing automation strategies for the global channel partner program of IBM.
Caroline starts at Feed this week and will take direct responsibility for all eCRM strategy. She will work alongside MD Matt Lynch, and ECD Simone Micheli.
Feed’s clients include eBay, Gumtree, Temenos, Betsson & The Dog’s Trust. They are fast gaining a reputation for their dedicated commitment to a people first approach in all their marketing & communication.
