Carat US Taps Jeni Gardner for Chief Client Solutions Officer

Carat US has announced the appointment of Jeni Gardner as chief client solutions officer. In this newly created role for the agency, Jeni will focus on deepening relationships with clients to help them navigate the rapidly changing media landscape.

I’m looking forward to joining Mike and the US Leadership team during such a dynamic time in the industry” said Jeni Gardner, chief client solutions officer at Carat US. “Having spent time on both the agency and brand side throughout my career, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that clients face, and I look forward to bringing these insights to Carat to drive growth for clients and connect them with culture and audiences on a deeper level.”

Jeni brings over 25 years of experience to Carat, most recently serving as senior vice president of marketing effectiveness and media for Verizon where she oversaw holistic media strategy, investment, and activation driving omnichannel growth. With an illustrious career, rooted in amplifying marketing strategies through consumer-centric and data-driven media plans, partnerships, and innovation, Jeni has been instrumental in delivering growth and value creation for brands.

This news comes on the heels of a blockbuster year for Carat, with the agency recently welcoming new clients including Ikea, Bosch, and Honeywell,, as well as retaining the GM media business. Jeni joins other key executive hires at Carat, who welcomed Carrie Drinkwater as the agency’s first chief investment officer, and Jade Watts as client president, in 2024.

Jeni will join Carat’s US executive leadership team led by Mike Law, CEO of Carat North America. The strategically designed team serves to deliver best-in-class product that addresses the needs of modern brands.
