Joseph Pardillo, as general manager of the Melbourne operation, has overseen business growth and retention covering a number of high profile clients. He takes over as managing director - a role that was vacated when Simon Ryan was promoted to CEO in 2013.
Catherine Krantz will step into the general manager role, continuing to focus attention on talent development and driving internal culture.
The appointment of two experienced Carat leaders aims to position the business to deliver its vision of continued success, with an absolute focus on client service and delivering business outcomes.
Simon Ryan CEO of Carat ANZ said, “I’m proud to appoint both Joseph and Catherine to these well- deserved roles. Their unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and fostering a culture that embodies our core business values is evident in the success we’re seeing as an agency. They are a formidable team and I wish them both the best in their new roles.”
Pardillo commented: “Having enjoyed every bit of the Carat journey thus far, and experiencing first hand its unrivalled growth and relentless ambition to deliver true business value for clients, I am delighted to be playing an integral role in spearheading the vision of the agency moving forward."
Krantz said of her appointment: "I am absolutely thrilled to be taking on the role of GM in the Melbourne office. As a long standing member of the Carat team I am passionate about the people, our clients, and the work we produce. I am looking forward to building on the success the agency has had in recent years."
