Breastcancer.org proudly hosted its second annual Women in Media and Marketing Awards Luncheon on May 2nd, 2024, at JPMorgan Chase & Co. New York headquarters. Two hundred and sixty people representing 106 companies attended the sold out event to celebrate the remarkable achievements of those who have contributed significantly to the media and marketing industries while supporting breast cancer awareness and research.

The Women in Media and Marketing (WIMM) Awards recognized the outstanding efforts of individuals who have shown themselves to be advocates in the media and marketing industry for women’s health and/or people impacted by breast cancer. This year, Breastcancer.org was honoured to welcome the esteemed co-anchor of NBC News’ TODAY, Hoda Kotb, as the special guest speaker for the event.

"Each breast cancer journey is deeply personal and unique. Breastcancer.org is privileged to be a lifeline for those affected, providing support, resources, and a sense of community. The leadership, resilience, and strength displayed by this year’s honourees contributes to a more compassionate and understanding world,” said Marisa Weiss, M.D., Breastcancer.org's founder and chief medical officer.

The honourees for this year included:
