BMG has announced the promotion of Nitsa Kalispera to executive vice president, global supply chain, serving as the most senior executive managing BMG’s supply chain teams around the world. She will report directly to Sebastian Hentzschel, BMG CTO.
Based in New York, Nitsa is responsible for managing BMG’s digital and physical supply chain operations and was instrumental in bringing BMG’s digital operations in-house. She played a critical role in navigating the physical and digital supply chain disruptions caused by the pandemic and has played a pivotal part of the distribution strategy of the business for the past six years.
In addition to running BMG’s Supply Chain for the world, Nitsa will continue to manage key strategic operational partnerships with Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and other priority digital music platforms.

Following operational roles at EMI Music and Universal Music Group, Nitsa joined BMG in 2015 as VP, Recorded Music Supply Chain, The Americas & Australia before being promoted to SVP, Recorded Music Supply Chain Operations in 2019.
