Passionate about supporting its junior members of staff, the team has also set up an educational learning hour. Named ‘Pre-Thinks’, senior members of the team discuss various topics, from industry trends and creative strategies to new tech and business insights. In addition, the company is affiliated with Bournemouth University and their BA television and BA media production courses, whilst currently supporting two internship programmes: a summer and a year long placement at Blacklist. The courses offer opportunities to gain unparalleled experience in production, creative and design, working on live projects for some of the world’s leading brands.
