We’re back in black… again.
Adam Ferrier and Brent Smart have returned for season five of their groundbreaking podcast 'Black T-Shirts', the only podcast in the world dedicated to XXL creativity for business.
The cult show returns for a new season, as Adam and Brent bring together some of the worlds top executive creative directors, artists and marketers to tackle the burning questions in marketing and celebrate the magic of creativity within business. Each episode will explore their guests' unique creative approach, profiling inspiring work and putting it to the pub test.
Episode one features industry heavyweight PJ Pereira, esteemed novelist, screenwriter, martial arts black-belt and co-founders of award winning creative agencies, Pereira O’Dell, and AI specialist agency Silverside AI. In this episode, PJ discusses the intersection of AI, creativity, and advertising, exploring how it is reshaping storytelling and creative production and emphasising the importance of embracing new technologies while preserving artistic integrity. He also breaks down those AI generated Coke trucks you all saw over Christmas.
Joining PJ this season are an all-star group of creative brains. However, as part of the season launch, Adam and Brent are also announcing the permanent banishment of Hollywood actor, entrepreneur, and marketing agency founder, Ryan Reynolds, from 'Black T-Shirts'.
Ryan has devalued the marketing industry by tapping into an impossible and seemingly endless, combination of charming, funny, self-referential, business oriented work. He has made otherwise complex and sophisticated work look quite easy. 'Black T-Shirts' cannot stand for this kind of sorcery.
Should Ryan feel otherwise, he is more than welcome to reach out directly to the show.
For a third season in a row, the podcast is supported by world leading market mix modelling SAS company Mutinex. And for the second year in a row, The Pub Test has its own returning supporter, creative confidence building insights platform Ideally.
All episodes of 'Black T-Shirts' will be available via premium podcast creators MIK Made, 'Black T-Shirts' can be found here.
Adam Ferrier is the founder of award winning creative agency Thinkerbell, and Brent Smart is CMO at one of the worlds largest telecommunications companies, Telstra.
