Big Sky Edit Appoints Molly Mitchell as First-Ever Head of Sales

Big Sky Edit in New York has appointed Molly Mitchell as its first-ever head of sales. Mitchell joins Big Sky from MacGuffin Films and Assembly where she represented directors for commercial production. Mitchell will lead sales, PR, events and be involved in production at Big Sky. 

"I'm thrilled to be a part of the new growth taking place within Big Sky. There's a shared vision and instant trust. I'm exactly where I need to be," said Mitchell.

Alongside Mitchell is executive producer Sarah Van Tassel and editors Chris Franklin, Ben Jones and Valerie Lasser with head of production Ali Corsie. 

"In today's marketplace, we felt it was integral to bring on a Head of Sales to continue our growth and expansion," said Van Tassel. "Meeting Molly, we knew immediately that she would be a perfect fit within our culture. She has a deep knowledge and respect for post production, in particular editorial, which is important to us. Big Sky Edit is a full service film editing post production company with full 2D and 3D graphics, sound design and HD finishing. Big Sky's work includes advertising, feature films/documentaries, and the music video. Big Sky is located by Bryant Park in Manhattan.
