In keeping with the June/July theme of sport for Vogue Paris' summer issue, We Folk photographer Bibi Borthwick shot Lithuanian model Edita Vilkeviciute in the 'Performance' fashion series for the magazine.
Born in Paris, Bibi started using photography at the age of 14 to document and share her experiences while helping at a camp in South Africa, supporting children affected by HIV. Her first notable commission was a contribution to Dazed and Confused, shortly followed by work in POP magazine. Bibi creates unique, natural imagery that can be both intimate and revealing. Known most widely for her fashion and portrait photography, she contributes regularly to US Vogue, AnOther, POP and Self Service magazine and has collaborated with brands such as Joseph, Maison Margiela, APC, Philip Lim and Marni.
