Belazu (pronounced Bel-uh-zoo), has appointed independent creative agency Wonderhood Studios following a three-way pitch process.
Wonderhood Studios will begin work on the business immediately and has been briefed to create a creative platform and suite of assets across all touchpoints, from print and online to partnerships.
Belazu was born to find the best ingredients for Chefs, starting in 1991 as the Fresh Olive Company by bringing fresh unpasteurised olives to the UK from Provence. Belazu soon became one of the founders of the Mediterranean food movement in the UK. Ever since, they have been a staple of the most revered restaurants in the UK, supplying nearly 500 premium quality, authentic ingredients for over 30 years. Their product range includes fresh olives, oils, vinegars, Mediterranean vegetables, pesto's, culinary pastes and nuts.
Belazu has recently gone through a major rebrand and packaging redesign, working with B&B Studio to unify its food service and retail brands with a bold new look. The rebrand is being rolled out from March 2023 and introduces the brand’s new sign-off Loved & Trusted Chef-Grade Ingredients.
