B-Reel Announces Four New Creative Hires

B-Reel has signed four new creatives – including the two 2022 Future Lions Cannes Grand Prix winners – straight out of celebrated Berghs School of Communication.

Sofie Edman and Claes Holm join as junior art directors with Anna Zetterlund and Gustav Gabrils appointed junior copywriters. 

The four new hires all bring different skills and took different paths to Berghs, one of Europe’s top advertising schools for young creatives, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Claes Holm and Anna Zetterlund are the Future Lions Grand Prix winners.  Anna has a background in film and television production, and moved into advertising as she wanted a career that would allow her the opportunity to push creative boundaries. She has already won a silver pencil in the Young Ones One Show and a pencil in D&AD’s New Blood awards. Claes joins B-Reel as junior art director, Anna as Junior copywriter.  

Anna said: “I wanted a workplace where I could pitch an emotional short film one day and a self-combusting shirt the next! It’s with a sigh of relief and happiness that I can say, at B-Reel, I’ve found somewhere that values my ideas, no matter how odd their shape or form.”

Gustav Gabrils has a background in the music industry and joins B-Reel as a junior copywriter. He was a winner of this year’s Portfolio Award at the Young Ones Student Awards, hosted by the One Club for Creativity. 

Before attending Berghs, Sofie Edman spent over 20 years working in art and design. During her time at the school, she managed to pick up a pencil in D&AD’s New Blood Awards, a silver pencil in Young Ones One Show and two Merits in the same competition.

On bolstering the B-Reel Stockholm creative team with the four new appointments, Oscar Erlandsson, MD of B-Reel Stockholm said,

Their love for creativity and hunger to produce amazing work is already evident through their winning world class awards at such an early stage in their careers, and them choosing us we take as a compliment.”

All four commence their roles immediately.
