Artist Project, Toronto’s premier contemporary art fair, is back with a bold new campaign: Bring Home Big Feels. This emotionally charged platform celebrates what makes art unlike any other purchase — the way it moves you.
At Artist Project, you don’t just buy a piece of art. You feel it first. That’s the idea behind Bring Home Big Feels, a campaign that leans into the power of emotion — from the moment you connect with a piece to the instant you meet the artist who created it. Because no one ever sort of likes a piece of art and takes it home. You love it. You need it. You feel it.
Launching across digital, social, OOH, and taking over Sankofa Square (formally Yonge-Dundas Square, the campaign is as bold and visceral as the work it celebrates. Oversized typography bursts from ad frames. Textures spill out. Emotions leap off the walls. This is art that refuses to stay in the lines — and neither does the campaign.
“We wanted the work to reflect the truth of the experience,” said Domnita Postea, art director of marketing at Informa Group (Artist Project parent company). “Art is personal. It’s powerful. And when people visit the fair, they walk away with more than just a piece for their home — they leave with a story, a feeling, a connection they didn’t expect.”
The campaign was developed in partnership with Toronto-based creative agency The Local Collective, known for work that taps into deep emotional insights and cultural relevance.
“Art stirs something real — that rush of recognition, the jolt of emotion, the need to have it in your life,” said Kaitlin Doherty, president of The Local Collective. “We built this campaign to match that energy. ‘Bring Home Big Feelings’ is a love letter to the moments when art grabs hold of you and doesn’t let go.”
Bring Home Big Feelings also marks the evolution of a refreshed brand design system for Artist Project 2025 — one that’s loud, joyful, and unapologetically emotional. Because when you bring home art, you bring home a feeling.
Artist Project 2025 runs from May 8 - 11th at Better Living Centre, Exhibition Place. Tickets and full programming available at https://theartistproject.com.
