Annex's Carl Prechezer Directs Matthew Goode and Friends for The Wine Show Season 2

Get ready to pour another glass because Annex director Carl Prechezer’s The Wine Show is back for a second season, on Channel 5. Matthew Goode (The Crown season 2), James Purefoy (Churchill 2017) and friends travel the globe in search for great wine, sumptuous food and lasting memories.

They are tasked with finding a case of wine to match a six- course French lunch cooked by Stephane Reynaud. Also featuring in this series is presenter James Fattorini who’s highlights include studying Saki in Japan, with Jaega Wise (a new presenter from the Wild Card Brewery in London). They were mainly based in Kyoto and learned how Saki is brewed like beer, but enjoyed as wine.
