Annex will represent Scott on a non-exclusive basis.

Scott commented, “When I first met Fred, I told him, truthfully, that I’m working as a tattoo artist, self-taught on my left leg, it’s been the thing keeping me going between jobs. He looked shocked, really concerned for me and my clients. ‘A pain merchant?!’ He gasped.”
