Suat Isiker joins AFG from WPP integrated agency The Pharm where she was finance director

AFG (AnalogFolk Group) the global, progressive marketing and technology group, creating a smarter future for people, brands and society is pleased to announce the appointment of Suat Isiker to the position of global chief financial officer, AFG.

The appointment supports AFG’s substantial growth since successfully launching with three new brands, providing clients the ability to execute seamless future marketing models and digital business transformation.

AnalogFolk - AFG’s founding full-service digital-first creative agency - has had a successful couple of years winning a variety of global awards for Canesten ‘Vagina Academy’, ‘The Truth, Undressed’ and Nike ‘Mind Sets’, as well as a Gold Effie for Hyundai ‘4 Second Reviews’. Its work has led to the network being recognised as Contagious Pioneers ’Best and Bravest Agencies on the Planet’ 2022; being named one of the most awarded agencies in EMEA 2022 in a report carried out by The Drum researching every major global industry awards show; winning Silver in the Campaign Asia Pacific AU/NZ ‘Content Marketing Agency of the Year’ and ‘Social Media Agency of the Year’ 2021 categories; and Silver in the Campaign Asia ‘Greater China Independent Agency of the Year’ and ‘Greater China Specialist Agency’ categories in 2020.

Suat Isiker joins AFG from WPP integrated agency The Pharm where she was finance director. Previously she was appointed the executive board role of finance director of Publicis Worldwide UK where she co-led several successful operations including its merger into Publicis.Poke. Prior to that she held senior executive roles at AKQA for seven years and Grey Global Group for five years.

Suat will take over the full operational functions of the chief financial officer role from Neil Thomson in Q1 2023.

After nine years at AnalogFolk and thirty years as a finance director in the advertising industry, Neil will remain with the group, transitioning from a full time role to building up a small external portfolio while continuing to contribute to AFG's commercial strategy and goals as global commercial director.

The hire sees Suat reunited with Guy Wieynk, global CEO for the third time following successful stints at Publicis Groupe and at WPP.
