Creative agency Verve|Showrunner has teamed up with Aer Lingus to create a new Christmas film piece, which has landed just in time for the holidays.
The 90” piece titled, 'Sadie’s Home', puts a new spin on the classic arrivals reunions which we’re all so familiar with this time of year. Highlighting all the anticipation, magic, and emotion that comes in those moments - no matter which loved one bounds through those doors.
The story follows a young expat, Ben, who has just moved back to Ireland. His new place feels a little lonely this Christmas, like there’s an empty space where someone should be. Finally, the day arrives where that missing someone, Sadie, is flying in - and she’s not who we think. The payoff is a heart-melting reunion which recognises Aer Lingus’s place at Christmas - the warm airline that looks after us and brings us all together.
The film piece was written and created by Verve|Showrunner, produced by Alfonso Films, directed by Claire Byrne, with original music from Video Blue. Starring Shaun Dunne (How to Tell a Secret, Dating Amber) and a familiar face from The Banshees of Inisherin.
