Advance Publications has tapped The VIA Agency to create the first marketing campaign to encourage locals in these areas to use its digital news resources, as well as reassure the public that the newspapers are still providing the same trusted coverage they have done for as many as 150 years (in the case of the Times-Picayune). The creative in one of the ads illustrates the strength of the new cross-platform media company and the growth of its digital capabilities by showing a football player stepping out of a print paper, through a laptop, into a tablet and finally catching the ball through a mobile device.
