Today Marks & Spencer launches a fast-moving and interactive display to engage passing viewers at its flagship Marble Arch store. This marks the first time the brand has used this approach.
Developed by digital content agency, Adjust Your Set, the video includes the new M&S campaign ‘In The Moment’. Echoing the four areas of the M&S Style and Living web pages, the display is made up of moving panels, working in multiples of four. The film accentuates the colours and features of each section using editorial style with bold trends and the latest looks.
Once the viewer touches the screen, the display splits into four ‘quarters’, each representing one of the zones. A touch in each of these will allow the user to investigate content, formatted to fit the size and resolution of the screen, along with highlighted text explaining the format of the zone. At any point, the viewer can ‘swipe back’ to the home screen to investigate another zone.
