A GIF-A-DAY of WTF Olympic Events that no Longer Grace the Games
Seed Animation are creating a series of short animated loops that are currently being released for each day of the Rio Olympic Games.
Each 3 second GIF celebrates some of the strange events that were once a genuine highlight of past games. We follow the larger-than-life character Rio as he plays out events, such as Horse Long Jump, Swimming for Sailors and Motorboating.
The developing series is brimming with playful humour and a bold style, they're currently being released on social media- more specifically Instagram.
