Nationwide integrated marketing and public relations agency 62ABOVE welcomes paid media expert Brad Ficek in the newly created position of director of digital activation. Brad will lead the agency's efforts to enhance digital advertising efforts, driving advanced analytical and in-house programmatic capabilities for 62ABOVE clients. In a comprehensive department headed by vice president of media Jennifer Bollman, this hire further bolsters a growing team of media strategy experts and rounds out full-funnel expertise within the department.
“It is imperative that we ensure our clients pay for valuable, engaging impressions now and when the cookie-pocalypse finally happens,” Brad said. “I look forward to working with the team to activate a tech stack that allows us to fight fraud, reach real people and push how we measure true behaviour change.”
With over 18 years of paid media experience, Brad has an extensive background in traditional, digital and emerging media across multiple verticals, including travel/hospitality, lotteries, healthcare and financial institutions. In his most recent position as media director, Brad successfully brought all media in-house, overseeing holistic media operations for 15+ clients and leading media strategy on new business.
Previously Brad led paid media efforts at Vail Resorts, leaning heavily into advanced ad operations and personalisation for Vail Resorts. He also led media for national clients Hotels.com and Fruit of the Loom while at Crispin, Porter & Bogusky.
“We’re excited to have Brad join the team to help build and strengthen our current suite of media capabilities,” said 62ABOVE vice president of paid media, Jennifer Bollman. “Having a digital activation specialist in-house will allow us to apply our deep understanding of each client and their needs to deliver the most impactful programmatic buys and strongest results possible.”
