In honor of International Women’s Day, we asked our colleagues to share how the women of dentsu Creative show up and stand out. Bridget Jewell: Thank you for being so welcoming and treating everyone with kindness and respect!
Michelle Woolley: When I became a mother, I didn't know how I was going to balance work and the new responsibilities of being a parent. Michelle has always encouraged and reminded me my child is always going to be my biggest priority, and it's okay to ask for help. In doing so, we are better able to focus in the workplace. I'm eternally grateful for the lessons you bring into my view.

Kelly Harrison: There are people who say they're leaders, and then there's Kelly Harrison who acts in service of those in her orbit. She refuses to create systems of burden on teams, always mindful of the resources we have to do what we do. This is refreshing in an industry that often puts ambition over the health and wellbeing of its people. I see Kelly, showing up to meetings, not even saying anything, just being present and reaffirming how she supports the perspectives and pushes her team makes to take dentsu Creative to new heights. I'm immeasurably grateful to learn and growth with her. I don't think I would have been able to contribute so quickly and feel as confident in my candor without her.
