2AM Heads on a Glorious! Soup Adventure with The Red Brick Road
In July 2015, 2AM and The Red Brick Road got together with
Glorious! Soups to plan a food pilgrimage across the globe, an adventure with a
simple brief to visit some of the most spectacular and magnificent culinary
places on earth. The brief; To capture moments of life, food and culture that
tell the adventurous story of GLORIOUS! Soups and the countries that inspired
them.
The result is a colourful and rich tapestry of faces,
places, local dishes, soups and ingredients, a snapshot of life as seen through
the lens of renowned food director and photojournalist Jason Lowe.
With Jason was 2AM producer Chris Cable and Director of
Photography Danny Rohrer, the three man team existing on a couple of hours a
sleep a night for three weeks, shooting a collosal 40 hours of footage that was
eventually cut down to 30 seconds in the edit suite.
The
result is a unique and absorbing collection of moments from lives lived thousands
of miles away, all with one thing in common; beautiful food created with
glorious ingredients.
