Sławomir joins the agency from Publicis Media

Sławomir Szwaj has been appointed as digital transformation and business director at 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT. He will be developing the technology competencies of the agency, which has invested in technology-driven creativity for years.  

In cooperation with Szymon Gregorczyk, technology director and head of TECH & LAB department, who is responsible for innovation and IT development, and with other agency’s teams, Szwaj will deepen the connection between technological and creative solutions. He will also develop current offerings in new technologies and establish further collaborations in this area.

Szwaj joins the 180heartbeats at a time when the agency has significantly expanded its creative and technology portfolio. In cooperation with Jung v Matt/Limmat, they conducted digital transformations for various swiss companies. For example, Reka, which has entrusted agencies with the largest digital undertaking in its nearly 100-year history; CKW, Migros, and Bauwerk - this collaboration received the Best of Swiss Web award. 180heartbeats also completed projects for CD Projekt: among others Gwent, The Witcher, and Cyberpunk 2077 for various markets, e.g. Spain, France, Germany, Japan, and South Korea. The agency also created Mobile Air Check for Innogy, which was awarded, among others, double gold in KTR, the most important advertising competition in Poland (categories Mobile and Innovation).

The agency’s new digital transformation and business director previously worked in a similar position at Publicis Media, where he was responsible for the development of digital competencies of the group, development of innovative digital products, and cooperation with MarTech entities both in Poland and abroad. For the past two years, he has been involved in the development of Augmented Reality products.
