The agency’s long time president Ed Horne has been named COO at On Location

Cultural marketing agency 160over90 announced a new leadership structure in which the business will be co-led by executive vice presidents Jessica Sinn, Justin Zambuto and Ryan Brown. 160over90’s long time president Ed Horne, who oversaw the agency since its initial formation in 2017, will become chief operating officer at premium experiences, hospitality and travel company On Location.    

In addition to leading global business development, executive vice president Jessica Sinn oversees the continued growth of 160over90’s Entertainment Marketing division and the agency’s integrated marketing efforts. As part of her expanded role co-leading the agency, Jessica will be responsible for fostering greater collaboration among business development and the agency’s verticals. Prior to joining 160over90 in 2022, Jessica led business development teams at Publicis-owned Team One, 72andSunny, and Wieden+Kennedy. Jessica is based in 160over90’s Beverly Hills office.

Executive vice president Justin Zambuto will oversee 160over90’s global accounts, including experiential, partnerships, PR, social and creator verticals, as well as assume leadership over internal operations across the agency. Based in New York, Justin first joined the organisation across events and operations for IMG’s tennis business in 1996. 

Global head of branding Ryan Brown will be elevated to executive vice president as part of the new structure. In his expanded role as co-lead, Ryan will oversee the agency’s branding, creative, video, strategy and media services verticals. Ryan joined the legacy 160over90 agency in Philadelphia in 2006 and has helped to significantly grow the agency’s branding and institutional marketing practice.

Jessica, Justin and Ryan will together lead the strategic vision for both 160over90 and clients and are additionally focused on fostering the agency’s continued connectivity with WME. In addition to his new role as COO of On Location, Ed Horne will remain involved and provide strategic support to 160over90.

On Location is a global leader in premium experiences, hospitality and travel for the world’s biggest sporting events, including the Super Bowl, Olympic and Paralympic Games (Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026, and LA 2028), FIFA World CupTM 26, and WWE WrestleMania. Endeavor recently announced that it has reached an agreement with TKO Group Holdings, Inc. for TKO to acquire On Location, in a transaction expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.
