What you’ll do

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for owning the design of logos & brand identity, websites, and apps to communicate our clients’ mission, products, and features to the world. 

You can create: 

• Beautiful, communicative, and functional logos and identity systems, as well as digital products

• Interface design for websites and apps for all project types

• Compelling deck, packaging, and print design, implementing unique styles that push beyond industry standards

You are also able to provide feedback in reviews and contribute to strategic brainstorm sessions as well as iterate on existing designs in innovative ways.

You also have or can demonstrate:

• Foundational knowledge of graphic design and typography

• Experience building and shipping different categories of websites or apps

• Ability to contribute high value to sprint meetings

• Time management skills 

• Excitement about proactively contributing value to this organization

• Ability to solicit honest, meaningful feedback to/from your L+R team member

• Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal fluency in English
