We're looking for a committed and ambitious Production Assistant to join our growing team at our Red Lion Square office.
The Role
This is a full-time, office-based role for someone looking to build a long-term career in production. You’ll be a key part of the production team, supporting producers and production managers with logistics, admin, and coordination across a wide slate of work. While the role is primarily office-focused, there will be opportunities to support on set and get hands-on experience across commercial shoots and documentary productions.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, enthusiastic, and curious about the process of producing—from development through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to producers across multiple projects
Manage production paperwork, call sheets, and booking forms
Coordinate crew, travel, locations, and equipment logistics
Track budgets, invoices, and PO logs using FreeAgent and internal tools
Maintain project timelines and ensure smooth workflow between departments
Occasionally assist on set, with a focus on learning and supporting
Help prep pitch decks, treatments, and post-production schedules
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in a production company (freelance or full-time)
Confident with office-based production tasks and logistics
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Based in or able to commute daily to our Red Lion Square office
Bonus Points For
Experience using FreeAgent or similar production/accounting tools
Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop)
A passion for documentaries, commercials, or creative storytelling
