IDEAL CANDIDATE

You have had 3 to 5 years experience and could do a call sheet in your sleep. Not only do you have your favourite crew on speed dial, but your attention to detail borders on OCD levels.

Naturally you have a vehicle licence and your own car that can fit an esky and a production box in the back, ready for a location scout at any moment.

When a director asks you at the last minute to get a back up prop of a green cat just in case they need it on set tomorrow - you don't bat an eye. You just go and find the cat.
