Position: Producer

OTO Film is one of the largest and most experienced production companies in Poland, operating in the film and advertising industry for over 30 years. We collaborate with leading global brands and advertising agencies, offering comprehensive production services from pre-production to final editing.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the production process from concept to execution
• Coordinating creative and production teams
• Managing budgets and schedules
• Collaborating with advertising agencies and direct clients
• Negotiating contracts and acquiring new projects

Requirements:

• Solid experience in international advertising productions
• Fluency in English – essential
• Creativity, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
