Role Description
This is a part-time role as a Programmes Administrator at Iconic Steps. As a Programmes Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery of and recruiting young people for our Film Academy courses. You will be supporting the Programmes Manager in the varied administrative aspects of programmes delivery.
This role is conveniently located near the Brixton Underground and Rail stations and offers the flexibility for hybrid remote working.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to gain further experience in programme administration and working with young people.
We particularly welcome applications from people with knowledge of or a strong interest in the media industry or other creative industries.

2+ years administrative experience (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
Promote Academy activities via referral organisations, social channels, and targeted outreach
Lead the recruitment and enrolment process for young people in courses, including handling applications, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and tracking progress
Source, onboard, and manage tutors, including safeguarding checks, training, and lesson plan development
Build and maintain relationships with referral organizations and support outreach efforts through networking events and materials distribution
Coordinate course logistics, such as booking venues, managing schedules, and supporting course delivery
Ensure compliance with funding criteria and accurately process all necessary paperwork and data entry
Maintain internal databases (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, LearnerTrack) to ensure up-to-date and accurate records
Collaborate with Marketing to create promotional materials using tools like Canva and share them via social media and other platforms
Support the Programmes Manager in achieving targets and fulfilling funding outcomes
Continuously research and implement improved workflows and processes
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, database management, and serving as a point of contact for stakeholders
Complete adhoc duties and provide targeted support for projects as assigned
Salary: £27,000 pro rata FTE 0.6, or £16,200 per year
Working Hours: Mon, Tues, Fri // 10am-6pm with 1 hour lunch 1-2pm (total 21 hours/week)
