Arts & Sciences is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Production Assistant / Junior Production Manager to join our thriving team. This full-time, office-based role offers an incredible opportunity to be at the heart of the action, supporting every stage of the advertising production process—from initial pitch to on-set coordination and final delivery. Key Responsibilities

Production Management
Oversee daily production tasks.
Assist with preparing budgets, managing contracts, creating schedules, drafting call sheets, and conducting risk assessments.
Coordinate logistics, including crew sourcing, travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Client & Team Collaboration
Serve as a primary point of contact for Line Producers, maintaining clear communication and upholding high standards.
Collaborate closely with Executive Producers and Line Producers on creative and commercial projects.
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a supportive and productive environment.

Development & Growth
Represent Arts & Sciences at industry events, building relationships and promoting the company.
Propose and implement ideas to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and foster inclusivity across the team.

Skills & Experience Required
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the production industry.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of post-production workflows, health and safety practices, and industry-standard contracts.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
Completion of the APA Masterclass.
Experience in production scheduling and budgeting in line with APA standards.
A valid driving licence is a plus but not essential.

Holiday Allowance
28 days, including bank holidays.

Salary
