We’re on the hunt for a ridiculously talented Mid-weight/ Senior Art Director with real-world experience. We want to hear from original thinkers with a big passion for XXXL ideas. The kind that work on everything from sports-betting to Sausage Rolls. You love film, music videos, photography, typography – if it’s visual, you’re into it.
What you’ll get up to:
As a master of your craft, you’ll consistently come up with original and memorable ideas that are well-thought out, achievable and on brief.
Expand and refine chosen ideas to make them even better, seeing projects through from start to finish.
Attend shoots to provide creative supervision.
Play an active role in delivering client presentations, helping to solve problems and respectively challenging issues when needed.
Taking the lead in creative projects and sessions.
Help nurture junior creative talent and may well have line manager responsibilities.
Get involved in new business pitches, contributing ideas alongside other creatives.
What we’d like from you:
A solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
You’ve been on your fair share of shoots and are well versed in the production process.
You can pull together amazing creative decks and can present them to clients with confidence.
The ability to critique your work and show a greater understanding of which ideas are worth developing or ditching.
Can help more junior creatives develop and improve their ideas.
You’re a passionate creative with a bright mind, flying the flag for creativity within the agency.
