Creative Director at Hey Honey

Hey Honey is looking for a Creative Director to lead our team and shape the creative direction of the agency at one of the most exciting times in the industry.

We’re an award-winning social-first creative agency, on a mission to connect brands with communities through impactful conscious creative that drives positive change for our clients and their consumers. Our team is small, our work is global, and we believe results should be meaningful.

We understand how to grow and place brands in culture with a social-first approach. Hey, we do it for brands like Armedangels, Crocs, JBL, Harman Kardon, Persil and that’s just the beginning. 

You will be joining our Leadership team to lead our creative talent, inspire us to concept and deliver innovative campaigns while fostering an environment of collaboration and learning.

Our team is united by the desire to make great work underpinned by sustainable practices. We are looking for someone who will join our Leadership team, work with us to further define Hey Honey’s creative voice, give definition to what clients can expect from Hey Honey’s social-first creative and deliver impactful campaigns while fostering an environment of collaboration and learning.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Hey Honey’s creative voice 

• Quality control over the agency’s creative output

• Lead creative teams with the development of BIG ideas

• Preparing creative proposals for existing and new clients

• Building beautiful decks and showcasing good presentation skills

• Creating briefs, storyboards and mood boards for the production team and artists 

• Working with photographers and directors on set to bring ideas to life

• Monitoring the news and spotting opportunities for reactive social media innovation

• Being up-to-date with cultural trends across all aspects of digital and social media

Requirements

• 5+ years experience spanning social media, creative and campaign concepting

• 3+ years experience in creative leadership roles within creative and social advertising

• A strong portfolio of work showcasing a social-first approach

• Proven history of working with global brands and supporting a creative team to create culturally relevant content.

• A passion for purpose and being a conscious creative

• Ability to articulate ideas, bring them to life visually and work collaboratively
