We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Specialist to join our team and secure partnerships that elevate the event to new heights.

Job Description:

As a Sponsorship Sales Specialist for Conero Film + ADV, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing sponsorships to support the event. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Sponsorship Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential sponsors, including but not limited to brands, advertising agencies, production companies, and other relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Craft compelling sponsorship packages that align with the unique offerings and values of Conero Film + ADV.
  • Conduct market research to understand potential sponsors' needs and create tailored proposals.

2. Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events team to ensure sponsors receive maximum visibility and benefits during the event.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.

3. Sales and Negotiation:

  • Lead the sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of sponsoring Conero Film + ADV and tailor presentations to the specific interests of potential sponsors.
  • Meet and exceed sponsorship revenue targets through strategic sales efforts.

4. Event Integration:

  • Work closely with sponsors to integrate their brands seamlessly into the event, ensuring a positive and impactful presence.
  • Collaborate with the events team to coordinate logistics related to sponsor activations.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sponsorship sales activities and provide regular reports to track progress against targets.
  • Analyze the success of sponsorship strategies and recommend improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or a related field within the events or entertainment industry.
  • Strong network and knowledge of potential sponsors in the advertising, film, and related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a remote workload, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with event logistics and a creative mindset to integrate sponsors effectively.
  • Must be fluent in English. Italian an advantage.
