Reporting to the CEO / Co-Founder, we are looking for an Executive Producer / Head of Production to lead our production department. We are a small company with ambitious goals, looking for a high-level producer who can help develop the business across the advertising industry.

What is the job?

Accountable to the client for oversight across all projects.
Consistent communication with all our clients and team.
Responsible for the production team and their progress across all shoots.
Quoting, creating budgets and making sure they are followed by wider team.
Fast paced scheduling across multiple projects at once.
Review financial progress with New Business and report to the CEO on status.
Handle legal / contracts.
Ensuring payment terms are correctly followed.
Supporting Business Development where needed - from budgets to meetings.
Confident in leading meetings with our clients, their clients and our team.
Ensuring great communication and clarity to clients around financial and scheduling matters.
Maintains and furthers the profile of FMLY CRTV across industry awards & events.
Brings their network of contacts that will help elevate our production value.

Who are you?

​10/15+ years experience as a high-level producer.
Not scared to challenge the way we do things, both internally and with clients.
A master organizer & creative problem solver.
Passionate about building and developing a great team.
Invested in nurturing individual talent across the department.
Thrive in fast-paced moments and self motivated in quiet times.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and/or through difficult times.
Strong working knowledge of bidding for commercial work.
Lead the team by example, not scared to get hands dirty.
Good personal reputation across the industry.
Network of people who we could work with is always a bonus!
Farmers Wife experience is beneficial as that's what we currently use.
