We are looking for a Junior Producer 

to join our dynamic team.

We are a tight knit bunch of offline editors who enjoy working in a creative and dynamic way. As a young company we are passionate about our craft and the industry we work in. 

Your role as Junior Producer requires you to have a good understanding of the post-production process and particularly how it works within the advertising industry. You will be working closely with our Executive Producer to help manage our projects from start to finish. 

As Flock is a remote based company and this role will be carried out remotely, to join our team you need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident. You need to be a self-starter and be able to work in a friendly, flexible way.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our projects

Respond to new briefs, prepare quotes and scheduling accordingly

Generate final invoices

Actively seek to increase the services offered and generate new business leads

Establish, build and maintain client relationships

Our ideal candidate will have:

3-years experience working in the advertising or film production (commercials) industry 

Experience in working directly with advertising agencies, production companies and directors

The ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

An outgoing manner, be reliable and be a great team player

Good knowledge of Xero, invoicing and general admin

Salary will be discussed and based on the applicants experience
