Overview of role
- help the audio team with ad-hoc requests and assist within the audio department
- meet and greet clients, offering them teas, coffees, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.
- keeping client menus up to date
- ensure the kitchen area is well-stocked with food and beverages
- carry out ad-hoc runs, collecting food orders throughout the day
- help at after-hour events within the office
- inputting monthly expenses for several staff members
