About the Role
At 3angrymen our goal is to make brilliant films for brilliant, whatever the budget, whatever the brief. We specialise in creating branded short-form content and have made films for clients including the NSPCC, Scouts, Schroders, Open University, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Build Africa and Crisis.
We’re looking for a Studio Manager to come and take care of the day-today running of the company, to help us develop and make films - whether that’s an animation aimed at teenagers, an internal comms film for an international bank or a short documentary for a national charity.
The primary focus of the role will be the administration of 3angrymen: fielding enquiries, scheduling calendars, dealing with invoicing and expenses, ensuring reports are updated and accurate, keeping the office tidy, proof-reading proposals and putting out content on social media. Additionally, you will support our producers and directors, providing various levels of production assistance on a project by project basis.
Who We’re Looking For
As our Studio Manager you need to be an immensely fastidious, resourceful and enthusiastic organiser who will proactively keep an eye on all of the day to day goings on at 3angrymen HQ.
As part of a small team, you will need to be comfortable stepping outside of your comfort zone and learning new skills, confident in your taste and eager to lend a helping hand wherever you can.
Essential Skills & Requirements
The candidate must
be excited about working with a team producing a variety of content, both corporate and creative
have minimum 2 years relevant experience
be comfortable speaking to clients, suppliers and collaborators over the phone
be extremely well organised, a proactive planner
be thoroughly capable working with spreadsheets
have excellent written and spoken English
Ideally the candidate will also
have an interest in the film production industry
be a creative thinker
be confident creating content on social media
Salary
Negotiable dependent on experience
