With studios in Brisbane, Sydney & Tokyo, we create award winning VFX and design-led content for feature films, commercials & television series. We’re currently seeking a full-time VFX Coordinator to join our Sydney studio.

About The Role

As a VFX Coordinator you are integral to the project management of any VFX production. Working closely with the VFX Producer they help strategise and implement tasks and targets to ensure the project delivers on time and on budget, as well as facilitating the movement of shots between teams, coordinate daily reviews, and communicates status updates to ensure the delivery of shots.

About You:

As VFX Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Organise dailies, rounds and all meetings. Taking clear and concise notes from all of these meetings and following up on information as needed

To provide all administrative and production assistance

Communicating with artists daily to ensure they have the appropriate resources and are on track to hit all internal and external milestones

Maintaining Shotgun with revisions, omits, and shot lengths, with always notifying the relevant crew

Oversees the execution of client deliveries for all temps and finals

Helping to maintain a positive, friendly, creative and professional VFX floor and production office

 Skills & Attributes:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:

Previous experience working as VFX Coordinator on feature film of television related projects

A strong understanding of the VFX production process and equipment

A sound understanding of shotgun

Ability to operate autonomously with a strong sense of personal responsibility for task completion

Strong written and verbal skills

Outcome driven and highly efficient

Highly energetic and people orientated

Diplomacy skills
