Dingo Bill Productions are a full-service film production company with a passion for making beautiful stuff, across the genres, platforms and formats that make up today’s advertising, marketing and PR landscape.
Our specialisms lay in Fashion, Documentary, Sport and Technology, and the varied crossover points where each of these meet.
Now we’re looking for a Head of Sales and New Business to join our London team - the ad landscape has dramatically changed in the past five years, and we have truly played a role in that disruption, but now we need YOU to help us continue to drive ahead of the curve.
The core of the role is identifying new opportunities through the myriad of content commissioners that the industry now offers, expanding our client roster (both agencies and brands) and strengthen relationships with existing clients too.
Ideal candidates will have 4+ years experience in creative agencies and have contacts across the whole spectrum of film commissioning, from Advertising, PR, Creative, Media, Social and Digital agencies.
Self-motivation, a big-ass smile and some serious bounce are essential when it comes to be cast as the latest Dingo.
Responsibilities
- Focus on client acquisition, portfolio and revenue growth.
- Craft a clear strategy to secure new clients.
- Active in securing repeat business from existing clients.
- Network at events to pitch our roster of directors and services, and secure new clients.
- Set up, maintain and manage the appropriate CRM system.
- Organise and report monthly goals and KPIs.
- Understand the market, industry, competitors and wider context in new technologies.
- Engage with companies and individuals to secure new strategic partnerships.
- Help identify new talent to add to our growing roster of directors.
About You:
- At ease and effective communicator - in person, on phone, email and presentations.
- Someone with a passion for film and an affinity with our brand.
- At ease with current technologies and social networks, with an excitement for those to come.
- Someone with a deep interest and understanding in the state of the advertising and content creation industries today, and with their own opinions on where it’s headed, and ultra-reactive to new opportunities as they arise.
- Responsive to opportunities, but strategic when seeking them.
- A growing black-book of contacts across the wider advertising and creative industries.
- A natural and enthusiastic networker with effective follow up skills.
- An understanding of our competitors and place in the existing market.
- A total team player - we are one team.

Compensation
Salary: Based on experience - range £30,000 - £45,000
3 month probation period.
Future potential for commission.
