Being situated in the center of the Chengdu Tianfu New District, the project is an enormous park-like complex, mimicking a CBD within a park. Before its official launch, an extremely attractive key visual becomes necessary to capture the attention of consumers, to accumulate future traffic as well as to evoke conversation on the internet. We intend to depart from the traditional communication cliché overused by the real estate industry in China market. Based on project’s park concept, botanical elements signifying nature and ecology are widely used in the construction of our graphic images, the visual tension of which is built up with the artistic format of spiral fractal algorithms. The spiral effect in the layout magnifies the attraction of nature and the avant-garde visual appearance contributes to the artistic quality of the project.
