ALICEFILMES was born in 2015 from the desire of founders/partners Felipe Mansur ( film director ) and Wal Tamagno ( executive producer), to have a production company focused in the excellence of the filming process. A creative hub totally oriented towards the production CRAFT . Comprehending the importance of each step of the process. The partners combine Wal’s 25+ years experience as an executive producer along with Felipe’s approach to storytelling.   Alice’ is the name of a character in a surreal dream, translated into a short film.  In the short, an imagery obsessed girl goes through a process of creative breakthrough throughout a great visual journey. The choice to name the production company after a woman’s first name embodies the personality aligned with our work motto while it carries the lightness that we believe must exist throughout the production process, however complex and challenging it may be.
