MassiveMusic London is currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to help manage our busy office and studio, and provide essential support to the management and production team.
Making sure the office runs smoothly, efficiently and is
Keeping supplies stocked
Answering the phone
Meet and look after visiting clients and talent
Liaising with external companies E.g. local council,
security, cleaning, comm’s, contractors, etc.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Assistance in maintaining the office IT systems
Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
Assisting the MD and team with general office
Look after the general email
Looking after travel arrangements
Assisting the MD with basic financial bookkeeping (training
will be provided)
Assisting production team with requests for music
ordering, labeling and cataloguing
Booking vocalists and musicians
Manage and maintain the music archive
You have great organisational skills and a sharp focus. You are always the one who arrives early and friends can always rely on you to book the best table in a restaurant. Untidy desks irritate you and you can easily handle a number of different tasks at the same time.
Preferably you have a higher education from a real university and some experience in an office environment. On top of this you have that special ‘something’ that no curriculum can teach, the willingness to learn and commitment to your job. You have an ability to deal with people from all walks of life and people are drawn to your friendly, well presented appearance.
You know your way around a Mac and you can handle basic Excel, Word, Keynote without a copy of (insert package name) For Dummies.
Music and film play an important in your life and you know the difference between an Emo and Eno. The music and advertising scenes are unlike any other industries, so we’d prefer that you’re not a complete stranger to the way things work there.
MassiveMusic is an international music agency founded in 2000 with offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, L.A. and Shanghai. We provide brands, advertising agencies and broadcasters with services such as music production, sonic branding, music strategy and music activation.
Position is offered on a permanent full or part-time basis (min 25hrs per week).
Salary based on experience.
