The MD will oversee the leadership and operations, teams and departments of this thriving driving its growth and critically elevating the creative output.Building on its existing success and working with the wider group to deliver a breadth of local and national clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute long-term business strategies to achieve organic growth, deliver new and existing clients, and expand remits.
· Manage agency resources and establish strategic goals for growth, profitability, and conditions for commercial and creative success.
· Oversee all agency activities, including financial operations, processes, team structure, and strategic planning for clients.
· Set the overall culture, tone, and style of the agency, providing inspiring leadership tofoster greater creativity.
· Collaborate with senior members to establish operational and financial performance measures, monitoring and analysing company performance.
· Develop personal and agency profiles, representing the agency in public, at events, and in the media.
· Maintain and develop senior client relationships.
· Develop business development and prospecting strategies for organic and new growth.
· Lead agency pitches, collaborate with and contribute to Group and sister company pitches, and negotiate client contracts and fees.
· Generate thought leadership pieces to promote and support the agency's work
· Keep abreast of industry trends, developments and innovations.
· Lead, coach, and mentor senior team members, supporting their professional development.
