Summary
Working hands on where required across any and all projects
Resourcing (both in-house and 3rd party) of all projects
Working alongside our in-house TV producer where appropriate
Ownership of project planning and overall project progress, including resolving issues, managing budget and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
Ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure all parties are engaged with the projects, such that reviews and signoffs are properly managed
Ensuring risks to the project’s successful outcome are managed, and progress of the projects is reported at regular intervals to internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring clear management of third-party suppliers contributing to the projects
Monitoring overall resource allocations and capacity for all projects, traffic managing where necessary.
Serving as the primary contact between the finance team and the delivery teams.
Regular (weekly) top-level project status and financial reports to the partner

Excellent communication skills, including written English, verbal presentation and visual representation
The ability to plan, and chair meetings and conference calls
Disciplined PM skills: risk management, status reporting, change management
Effective estimation and proposal writing
Practical understanding of creative, digital and media development processes
In-depth knowledge of Prince 2 and/or SCRUM
Experience of managing delivery teams
Experience of estimating and proposal writing
Experience of writing and working to SLAs / SOWs
Previous experience working in a creative and / or digital agency
Proven experience managing £250k+ projects or programmes
Some experience in delivering film, content and print projects
