We are hiring for an International Communications Executive. This role sits within JCDecaux OneWorld, the international division of the JCDecaux Group, reporting to the International Communications & Content Manager. This is the perfect role for a highly driven individual who is unafraid to step up, take initiative and scale a program for a global industry leader.
The goal of the division is to run JCDecaux’s international sales and marketing initiatives, from running global campaigns for the world’s largest brands, to developing marketing and insight programs for the company as well as the OOH industry.
The role of the International Communications Executive is pivotal in fostering knowledge sharing within the Group and promoting the OOH medium across the global media landscape with thought leading content and insights.
Your focus will be on developing networks, collating global insights and driving the Group’s global content initiatives including strategy, production and analytic reporting. You will work with the International Communications & Content Manager to build the Group’s voice as a global authority within the media landscape and generating leads for the international and local teams.
What are we looking for?
As our ideal candidate, you will produce and collaborate with contributors to develop high quality thought leadership and creative content (long and short form, English and French) across all channels including the corporate Website, social channels, YouTube, Blog and the corporate intranet. Assist in editing content purposed for external channels. Manage the group content calendar.
You will ideally be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written and a natural story teller who understands that different communications require different styles of language. You are able to simplify complex stories and have a curious mind along with a strong creative outlook, able to illustrate insights in new and interesting ways. You are adaptable and agile in working with different organisational teams and adjust quickly to shifting requirements.
You will be qualified in marketing or similar subject, or equivalent industry experience. Producing content for international environments would be an advantage.
